The one millionth vehicle, a Nissan Magnite, was flagged off for export from Kamarajar port on July 28 by Frank Torres, President, Nissan India, members of Nissan’s management team, Shri Sanjay Kumar, General Manager CS & BD, Shri M Gunasekaran, General Manager Finance & operations, and Captain G M Balan, General Manager Marine Services.
From Chennai’s Kamarajar Port Ltd (previously Ennore Port Ltd.), Nissan India has exported vehicles to a number of regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, New Zealand, Australia, South-East Asia, SAARC nations, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia.
